About the Presenters:

Tara Priolo

Tara Priolo, your resident white-facing biracial multi-passionate musician, brings her extensive experience and dedication to this 60-minute masterclass. As a soprano, brand coach, voice teacher, activist, and arts administrator, Tara is committed to vulnerability, equality, equity, and starting important conversations.

With a wide-ranging, brilliant, flexible, and warm soprano voice, Tara has performed in numerous productions and is the owner/operator of Tara Priolo Studio, where she teaches voice, piano, and coaches brand clients. She also serves as Co-Managing Diva of Opera on Tap- Twin Cities, Operations Manager of Thursday Musical, and Diversity Consultant for Opera Reading Project’s IDEA Fellowship, among other roles.

Tara's impressive resume is rounded out by her work as an active arts administrator in Minneapolis, serving on several boards, and her continued studies with mezzo-soprano Victoria Vargas and coach Eric McEnaney
